A CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) bejelentette, hogy irodát nyitott Finnországban, így bővítve hálózatát és szolgáltatásait a skandináv régióban. A lépés szervesen illeszkedik a CBRE stratégiájába: a globális ingatlan-tanácsadó Svédországban és Dániában is saját tulajdonú irodát tart fenn, Norvégiában pedig hosszú távú együttműködés keretében, társirodával van régóta jelen.
A finn iroda megnyitása tovább erősíti a CBRE vezető pozícióját az európai vállalati szolgáltatási szektorban és számos jelentős, nemrég elnyert megbízást támogat. A Nokia, Finnország legnagyobb vállalata és a világ elsőszámú mobiltelefon-gyártója tavaly választotta a CBRE-t kizárólagos globális ingatlanstratégiai tanácsadójául a világ 60 országában, többek közt tranzakció-menedzsment, ügynöki és bérlet-adminisztrációs feladatok ellátására.
A CB Richard Ellist emellett preferált globális partnerként tranzakciós és projektmenedzseri feladatokkal bízta meg a StatoilHydro is, a világ egyik legnagyobb partmenti olaj- és gázbányászati vállalata, mely bevétele alapján a skandináv régió legnagyobb cége.
A CBRE a finnországi iroda globális vállalati és tranzakciós szolgáltatásokért felelős vezetőjének Veijo Saarinen-t nevezte ki. A finn ingatlanszektor elismert tagjaként a szakember 25 éves tapasztalattal rendelkezik a pénzügyi és ingatlanpiacon. Az új vezető feladata a CBRE helsinki irodájának megalakítása, illetve a vállalati és tranzakciós szolgáltatásokkal foglalkozó csapat vezetése.

A CB Richard Ellis globális vállalati szolgáltatások üzletága az elmúlt három évben komoly növekedést tudhat maga mögött, és ma a multinacionális vállalatok elsőszámú, globális outsorcing szolgáltatásokat nyújtó ingatlanpiaci tanácsadója. 2008-ban a CBRE specializált csapata 33 új megbízást nyert el többek közt olyan cégektől, mint az Oracle, a Zurich, a Software AG, az IBM és a Lexmark, melyek jól tükrözik az ingatlan-tanácsadó piacvezető pozícióját.

Leading global real estate services firm opens in Helsinki and appoints Veijo Saarinen head of Corporate and Transactional Services in Finland
CB Richard Ellis Group, Inc. (CBRE) today announced that it has opened an office in Helsinki, Finland, further expanding its network and capabilities in the Nordic region. The new office represents another significant development in the growth of CBRE’s presence in the Nordics. CBRE already has wholly-owned offices in Sweden and Denmark, together with a long-term affiliate office in Norway.
Opening in Finland will also extend CBRE’s leadership in the European corporate services sector, and support a number of significant contract wins CBRE has recently gained in the Nordics. Nokia, the world's largest manufacturer of mobile phones and Finland’s largest corporate, recently named CBRE as their exclusive global strategic real estate advisor, for services including transaction management, brokerage and lease administration across 60 countries worldwide.
CBRE has also been appointed by StatoilHydro ASA, one of the largest offshore oil and gas companies in the world and the largest company by revenue in the Nordic region, as its preferred global real estate provider of transaction and project management services across 40 countries.
CBRE will maintain an alliance with Realia Management Oy, who will remain a preferred supplier of valuation services for CBRE in Finland. CBRE has appointed Veijo Saarinen as the Head of Global Corporate Services and Transactional Services, Finland. A respected member of the Finnish commercial real estate community, with over 25 years’ experience in the financial and real estate markets, Veijo will take responsibility for establishing CBRE’s Helsinki office and spearheading the corporate and transactional services capabilities.
