A Bánát-Fehérvári (BFI) irodaházba költözik 2011 márciusában az ADDICT Interactive. A 2002-ben alakult, integrált online marketing megoldásokat fejlesztő reklámügynökség 208 négyzetméterre kötött bérleti szerződést – tudtuk meg Mazsaroff Katától, a bemutatást végző Colliers International tanácsadójától.
Az ház új bérlője elmondta, hogy a költözésnél a jobb üzleti környezet miatt döntött a BFI mellett, amely a dinamikusan fejlődő újbudai régió egyik legfrekventáltabb részén, a 11. kerületi Fehérvári úton található. Az irodaház képviseletét a GVA Robertson látja el. OGH
ADDICT Interactive chose BFI Office Building
Addict interactive will relocate to Bánát-Fehérvári Office Building (BFI) in March 2011. The advertising company, established in 2002 specializes in integrated online marketing solutions, contracted for 208 sqm – told us Kata Mazsaroff, office consultant of Colliers International Hungary, who introduced the client to the building.
The new tenant explained that they had decided to relocate to BFI because of the more appealing business environment. The building is located in the 11th district, on Fehérvári út, one of the most popular areas of the rapidly developing Újbuda.
